Vomed strategically partnered with 315 MNM Partners to acquire land in Hollywood Beach, to build a four-story boutique hotel. The land currently has a 10 room hotel in which Vomed manages. The vision is to create a 27-room hotel with a roof-top pool and bar. As well the ground floor will have a retail space, and 47 parking spots.
The plans are currently approved by the town of Hollywood.
